In line with the SaferAfrica overall approach, Sharing of Good Practices is intended as a key mutual learning activity.
The project is committed to encourage and strengthen the sharing and networking attitude within the Road Safety community, while investing in assessment and transfer of well recognized good practices.
Safer Africa consortium works to analyze good road safety practices realized at country, corridor and regional levels in Africa and to compare these practices with those of other countries as well as with international experiences.
In particular analysis of both European and African good practices and transferability audits are going to be performed, with a specific commitment to identify potential local projects to be implemented at the country level.
In addition to the implementation of road safety measures, the Project also works for seeking out best practices in road safety management at the policy making level, with a special focus on integration of road safety with other policy areas.
